DM Learning was founded by Martin Holmes and Danny Thomas two Cheshire professionals with a shared belief that workplace first aid training should be practical, affordable, and genuinely good.

Danny is a fully qualified first aid and security training instructor, accredited by Highfield Qualifications. He delivers every DM Learning course personally with real energy, genuine expertise, and the rare ability to make practical training actually enjoyable.
From CPR to casualty management, Danny's sessions are hands-on, memorable, and built around the real situations your team might face. He is qualified to deliver EFAW, First Aid at Work, and all SIA Security licensing qualifications.
Martin brings the commercial experience and operational infrastructure behind DM Learning. As the owner of Life & Soul Congleton's established wellness venue Martin provides the professional training spaces that make our courses possible.
Martin drives the partnerships, marketing, and client relationships that get DM Learning in front of the businesses that need us most. He is the first point of contact for all enquiries, bookings, and group training requests.
DM Learning is an approved Highfield training centre. Highfield is one of the UK's leading awarding organisations regulated by Ofqual, recognised by the Security Industry Authority, and trusted by employers in over 100 countries.
Every certificate we issue is awarded by Highfield and is fully recognised by the Health and Safety Executive. When your employees complete a DM Learning course, their qualification stands up to any audit, inspection, or insurance requirement.
